A farne le spese sarà Sarah, che per sfuggire ad una trappola dell'uomo installa la stessa versione dell'Intersect di Morgan, con gli stessi effetti di emicrania ed amnesie, fino a quando Quinn non la cattura e le cancella completamente tutti i ricordi degli ultimi cinque anni con Chuck. Ora Sarah crede che Chuck sia una spia corrotta, e sotto ordine di Quinn riprende l'Intersect dal governo consegnandoglielo, ma si rende conto troppo tardi che tutto quello che Quinn le ha raccontato non è la verità, quindi torna da Chuck per dirgli addio, in quanto non prova più nulla per lui.
